Shipping/Handling Policy

Shipping and Handling charges are not calculated with our shopping cart. We do apologize for the inconvenience, but this is the only way for us to be sure that you will NOT be over charged for shipping. Please note, your credit card will not be charged until your product has shipped. Our method of shipping is FedEx Ground. If you would like it shipped overnight, 2nd Day, or 3rd Day- please note that in the comment section of the order form. Should you think or suspect that your product is damaged, DO NOT accept it. Contact FedEx at 1-800-Go-FedEx immediately. Make sure you get a claim number. If you accept your package, open it immediately, and inspect the contents. If anything is broken, call FedEx, or you may notify us. We must be notified with in 48 hours of the receipt of the package. We will then contact FedEx, and file a claim. FedEx will issue a call tag for the damaged items. The damaged items need to be kept in the same box that they were shipped in with all packing material inside. Unfortunately damage does occur occasionally, but we will do everything to ensure against breakage. If there is a problem, please notify us.  Our goal is to provide the very best service to our customers.

Return Policy

There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns. You must notify us by E-mail within 15 days of the receipt of the product to be eligible for a refund. In your E-mail you must give us your confirmation number, your name, your mailing address, and phone number. Candles By Moonlight is NOT responsible for shipping on returned products. It is YOUR responsibility to pay for shipping on returns. When we receive your return, we will check the product to make sure that it has not been damaged. We will then give you a store credit, or mail you a refund check. We will NOT give credit back on credit cards. If the error is ours, we will pay the return shipping, and correct the order. Your personal information is important to you, and to us. We will NEVER sell, or share your information with anyone. We respect your privacy. We accept American Express, Visa, and Master Card, and if you still do not feel secure giving your credit card over the Internet, we understand. Just E-mail us your order with your mailing address, phone number, and a good time for us to contact you. We can take care of everything over the phone.
